The Borderline Poker Championship was the second best player freeroll event organized by the Tennessee Poker Championship Series.  The winner was crowned best player in the Tri-Cities, and won a trip to the Grand Casino to play in a tournament.  The runner up and final table finishers collected various prize packs.
